Reservation policy
All reservations must be confirmed with your credit card number.

All cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hour before the arrival date without penalty. If not, an amount equivalent to a night's accommodation will be charged on your credit card.

For confirmation purposes, you will receive a confirmation number for each preauthorized revervation or cancellation.

You may take possesion of your room at 3 o'clock the day of your arrival.

If you plan to take possession of your room after 6 o'clock on the day of your reservation, please let us know.
